1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Wishly app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Wishly lets you create, save, and share wish lists via a link. The service is free for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User content
You are responsible for the content you add to your list (names, photos, links). You may not add content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.
4. Account and access
Access to your list is provided via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the security of your email account.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of data, or absence of errors.
6. Limitation of liability
Wishly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
8. Governing law
For matters not covered by these terms, the laws of the Republic of Serbia apply. Disputes will be resolved before the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
